EXHIBITOR BENEFITS
The Students for a Sustainbable Future EXPO is hosted by Pace University's Environmental Science Program at their Pleasantville Campus in the Goldstein Fitness Center. Booths specifications are as follows:
EXHIBITOR FEE INCLUDES:
- One Booth: Dimensions - 10' wide by 10' deep with one table (60" wide by 26" deep) and two chairs. Additional tables are available at a cost of $10 each or exhibitors may provide their own tables). Table clothes are recommended.

Booths are provided an accordinan-style metal framed screen with four panels on which materials may be hung (panel dimensions: 30" wide by 26" high)

One full EXPO Journal page (see below)
- Inclusion in the EXPO QUEST student handout (see below)
- Recognition on the EXPO website including logo posted and hyperlinked
EXHIBITOR FEES
Corporate Rate: $300 Single Booth, $500 Double Booth
Non-profit Rate: $75 Single Booth, $150 Double Booth
Registration must indicate whether electrical hook-ups are required. Space is limited and not all booths can accommodate electrical hook-up. Booth placement in on a first-come, first serve basis with applications reviewed to determine eligibility.
Green Wall Display: $200 Unmanned Exhibit (includes an EXPO Journal page; display materials must be sent to CELF by April 15th and include a self-addressed, postage paid return mailer for unused materials or items to be returned.)
EXPO JOURNAL
The EXPO Journal is distributed free of charge to visitors upon entry to the event. The Corporate exhibitor fee includes a full page (8.25" wide by 10.5" high) in the Journal on which exhibitors should provide a description of their firm's, or organization's, environmental mission statement and innovations or programs relating to the field of sustainable development. EXPO'08 Journal will also feature articles on sustainability education, green schools and businesses. Exhibitors are encouraged to submit creative, eye-catching pages as the Journal is designed to be a keepsake to remind visitors of the valuable, educational resources they encountered at the EXPO. Be sure to include contact information on your submission and allow for a half inch margin in the layout.

LOGO FILE SUBMISSION
Exhibitors should submit a high resolution logo file for printed EXPO materials, 300 dpi TIFF or EPS file (including the Journal back cover) and a low resolution logo file GIFF or JPEG for posting to the EXPO site and linking to their home site. Exhibitor logos are posted and hyperlinked to the exhibitors page as soon as the exhibitors' completed registeration forms and payments are received.
EXPO QUEST
This informative questionnaire serves as a tool for students to delve into booth topics and record key concepts while touring through the EXPO Hall. The QUEST provides students a starting point to open a dialog with exhibitors and is meant to encourage deeper thought on related topics in the classroom or at home. Exhibitors are encouraged to submit 5 questions that will require students to carefully observe your booth, ponder the information exhibited, and inquire further information. Questions should be emailed to: patti@celfoundation.org. SUBMISSION DEADLINE: MARCH 30, 2008.
